Meaningful Visits During the Holidays

The 2023 holiday season is quickly approaching. When you are a Care Partner supporting a loved one living with dementia, this time of year can be very stressful and overwhelming. This session will showcase approaches Care Partners can utilize to create moments of joy through meaningful visits during the holidays. There will be a Q&A session and light appetizers.
