Customized Care Levels

Our signature memory care program, “NEW DIRECTIONS”® is not a one-size-fits-all program. It’s personal, individualized and resident-centered care. After all, no two individuals have the exact same needs; each person is in his or her own place on this journey.

Our care is customized to each individual’s needs. Each person receives the ideal support he or she needs to live as independently as possible.

To ensure that our residents receive the most appropriate care and support, a licensed nurse will meet with each resident and their family members to develop a comprehensive, customized care plan. Each plan includes specific guidelines related to personal care, support and medication services.

Residents will be re-evaluated on a regular basis to ensure that their care needs are being met at all times.
