Executive Director
Deejra Lee
Deejra has been in the healthcare field for over 10 years, 7 years specifically in memory care. She has gained a vast amount of experience working her way from the ground up within the long-term care setting. She is a Certified Dementia Practitioner and won the INALA Leader Under 40 Award. Deejra enjoys sports and spending time with her three children and husband.

Director of Nursing
Ashley Kyles R.N.
Ashley has over 15 years of healthcare experience. She first was a Medical Assistant and worked in internal medicine. After working for over 10 years as a Medical Assistant, Ashley went back to school to become a Registered Nurse. Ashley looks forward to meeting with families and helping to provide the best medical care for the residents of NWV!

Dining Services Director
Jarena Baker
Jarena has almost 14 years of experience cooking in healthcare. She discovered her passion for people with dementia 7 years ago when she started her career at NWV. Since becoming a Certified Dementia Practitioner, she loves to continue learning about the disease and the people it affects. Her menus skillfully balance nutrition and taste. She prides herself on her creativity and dedication.

Life Enrichment Director
Carrie Miller
Carrie has 25 years of experience in healthcare and 13 years as a Life Enrichment Director. Most of her experience has been in memory care communities. Carrie has two beautiful daughters, a 7lb therapy dog, two grand cats and one grand dog. Carrie is a huge foodie, loves to antique and mixology for cocktails.

Environmental Services Director
Henry Borr
Henry has 8 years of experience in healthcare plant operations. His expertise encompasses everything within the environmental services and maintenance realm. He is a Certified Dementia Practitioner and helps us to keep our building looking fresh and running smoothly. We are fortunate to have him with us at NWV.

Business Office Assistant
Alyssa Nichols
Alyssa has over 10 years of experience in healthcare and three years in Business Management. She started her career as a CNA before moving into housekeeping management, then Business Administration. She enjoys traveling and spending time with her two children and significant other, and volunteering for those less fortunate in our community.
