$1,000 Pick Your Neighbor Program
Program ends June 30, 2024
Current Family Members who refer a friend to move into North Woods Village can receive a $1,000 credit off their monthly bill! There is no limit to the number of new neighbors you can refer.
It’s easy to pick your next new neighbor! Here are the details:
- New resident must identify you as a referral source, sign a residency agreement, pay applicable fees and live at NWV for 30 days before the $1,000 credit is awarded to the current resident.
- New residents for respite/short-term stays are not eligible to participate in the Program.
- Eligibility is limited to friends and family members of current residents.
- The Program is limited to one credit per each new unit move-in and expires June 30, 2024.
- A credit received for participation in the Program may be considered income that could affect eligibility for benefits under income and/or disability assistance programs.
- Referral must move-in within 30 days of deposit to be eligible to receive the Pick Your Neighbor Program referral credit and will be applied over 2 consecutive months.
- Other restrictions may apply.
