Behaviors Happen: Respond vs React

It is not easy to stay composed when the individual your are caring for has a negative or hostile reaction. What is your loved one trying to tell you? Do they really want to hurt you? Or, is this the only way they can express their anxiety or fear? Learn how to see beyond their hostility and how to constructively respond to their needs and not react to their negative language and behavior. Light refreshments will be served.
