The annual flu can be very dangerous to older adults especially those who are immunocompromised. We will discuss how to keep from getting the flu by good hand-washing and other personal hygiene solutions. How do you know if what you are feeling is the flu and not something else? How should you care for yourself while having the flu? There will be a Q & A session after with light appetizers.
