Talking about end of life is a tough conversation to have, yet it is one of the greatest gifts we can give our loved ones. When we share our values and choices for end-of-life care, we remove the guessing and regret that those closest to us experience when faced with such difficult decisions. Dr. Sandock & Steve Chupp are here to walk you through the process and answer all your questions.
