Is It Time to Make the Move to Memory Care?
March 19 @ 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm
Presented by: Patricia Piechocki – Manager of Programming & Continuing Education – Alzheimer’s and Dementia Services of Northern Indiana
The everyday demands of being a caregiver for someone living with dementia can be challenging especially when safety, family dynamics, and limited time complicates care. When is it time for my loved one to receive additional care? Is it time for them to move into an assisted living or long-term care community? Should we consider memory support? This session will explore caregiver challenges, and ways Care Partners can advocate for the best support for their loved ones. Hors d’oeuvres will be served.
Space is limited for this complimentary event. Please RSVP by March 18 by calling 574-247-1866 or fill out the form below.
