Lunch & Learn: When is the Right Time for a Memory Care Community?

Family members want the best care for their loved ones living with dementia. When caregiving at home becomes a challenge, family members must make the hard decision: Do I keep them at home, or move them to a memory care community? This session will help family caregivers identify when they, or their loved ones, need to consider professional support outside their homes. Lunch will be served.
