The Importance of Sleep and Dementia
September 20 @ 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Presented by: Patty Piechocki, Alzheimer’s and Dementia Services of Northern Indiana
Did you know sleep is one of the most important factors that keep our brains healthy? In fact, researchers have found that over one-quarter of adults living with dementia have sleep disturbance. Join us for this educational presentation which will describe and define sleep disturbances in persons living with dementia, evaluate the individual for possible sleep disturbance activity, and most importantly provide simple support techniques that can help you and your loved one get the sleep you need. Refreshments will be provided.
Space is limited, please RSVP by Sept 19th.
