Understanding Sundown Syndrome & Dementia
May 25 @ 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Presented by: Patty Piechocki, Manager of Programming and Continuing Education, Alzheimer’s and Dementia Services of Northern Indiana
For most people, the end of a long day is a time to celebrate and relax. For some living with Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia diseases, this might be a time for heightened anxiety, memory loss, and agitation. This session will explain Sundown Syndrome, describe common symptoms, possible triggers, and ways you can help manage this time of day.
Space is limited, please RSVP by May 24th.
