Executive Director
Amanda Ciak
Amanda has 28 years of healthcare experience which started when she was 14 years old working as a candy striper at Parkview Randallia. A candy striper is a volunteer who works in a variety of healthcare settings. Amanda has also worked as a CNA, an LPN, a Marketer, a clinical liaison, a Certified Dementia Practitioner, and in her current role as our Executive Director. Amanda loves hanging out in the neighborhoods with the residents and their families.
Director of Health and Wellness
Erin Carden
Erin has 26 years of healthcare experience and is also a Certified Dementia Practitioner. She first started as a home health aide, then worked for several years as a medical coach in group home settings. Erin then went back to school to become a nurse and has been working as a nurse for 13 years!
Community Relations Director
Emily Osborn
Emily has 10 years of healthcare experience. She first started as a CNA while she worked to get her Health Administration Degree. Since then, she has worked in Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and Memory Care as a marketing and admissions director. Emily is a Certified Dementia Practitioner, and her passion has always been to work in senior living.
Executive Chef
Heather Courtois
Heather has 9 years of experience in Healthcare. She worked her way up from an activity assistant, to a CNA, to dietary, and now a Dietary Manager. She absolutely loves cooking for the residents and coming up with special meals. She has 4 children, 2 girls and 2 boys. Her favorite thing is music. It makes her soul happy!
Life Enrichment Director
Angi Stoner-Gast
Angi has been with the NWV team for 7 years! If you have ever been around Angi for more than a few minutes, then you will know how much she loves her job! She has 32 years of healthcare experience in various roles such as a CNA, activity director, social worker, Certified Dementia Practitioner, and memory care consultant. A fun fact about Angi is she has 4 grandchildren.
Environmental Services Director
Riley Tomkinson
Riley has 12 years of experience in healthcare. His experience encompasses working in the kitchen, with environmental services, in maintenance, and becoming a Certified Dementia Practitioner. Riley has a little girl and a little boy who are his pride and joy! We are fortunate to have Riley’s skills and expertise here at the Village.
Business Office Assistant
Deb Fischer
Deb has 33 years of business office management and has great knowledge of Memory Care. Deb has two kids and 3 grandkids. She devotes all her free time to spending with her grandkids who are her entire world! Something you may not know about Deb is she was a professional dancer and spent some time dancing in Spain, a country which she now loves.
