We are so thankful for you!
To show our gratitude, for a limited time this holiday season, current Family Members who refer a friend to move into North Woods Village receive a $1000 credit off their monthly bill! Plus, your new Neighbor receives a $1000 welcome home credit too! There is no limit to the number of new neighbors you can refer but new residents must move in prior to January 1, 2022.
It's easy to pick your next new neighbor! Here are the details:
- New resident must identify you as a referral source, sign a residency agreement, pay applicable fees, and live at NWV for 30 days before the $1000 credit is awarded to the current resident. New resident will receive $1000 credit towards their second month's rent.
- Residents planning a respite/short-term stays are not eligible to participate in the program.
- Eligibility is limited to friends and family members of current residents.
- The program is limited to one credit per each new unit move-in and expires Dec. 31, 2021.
- A credit received for participation in the program may be considered income that could affect eligibility for benefits under income and/or disability assistance programs.
- Referral must move in within 30 days of deposit to be eligible to receive the Pick Your Neighbor Program referral credit.
- Other restrictions may apply.
