Formerly serving as Executive Director, Lee has played a vital role in elevating the community’s standards and maintaining its reputation as premier provider of memory care in Michiana.
This exciting milestone comes on the heels of North Woods Village at Edison Lakes receiving a deficiency free survey from the Indiana State Department of Health—a rare and commendable achievement that reflects the unwavering dedication of the entire team. Lee’s leadership was instrumental in ensuring the community not only met but exceeded the highest standards of care, safety, and service. Since joining North Woods Village, Lee has strived to provide the best value and care possible to our residents and their families at North Woods Village.
As she approaches her five-year anniversary with the organization, Lee’s promotion reflects her deep impact and the trust she has earned throughout the North Woods Village family and recognizes her unique contributions and talents such as her deep understanding of person-centered care, team development, and operational efficiency.
