Please welcome Karissa Baker, our new Customer Relations Director, and Brad Zoet our new Director of Environmental Services to the North Woods Village Leadership Team.
Karissa Baker – Community Relations Director
Karissa Baker joins NWV with an extraordinary breath of experience in all areas of marketing, including sales, customer service, and leadership. Karissa’s prior senior living experience enables her to provide direction to families just entering on their memory care journey as well as those needing help to sustain themselves in caring for their loved one.
Brad Zoet – Environmental Services Director
Brad Zoet has provided leadership, support and training in maintenance and housekeeping to multiple senior living facilities both here in Kalamazoo and throughout the region. Brad has over 30 years of experience in all areas of facility maintenance ranging from department management to hands on problem resolution. His years of experience and his customer service oriented personality make him a welcome addition to the NWV team.
